At Mukaam Tak, we ensure quality products, but in rare cases of issues, we offer returns under the following conditions:

• Eligible Returns: Only for damaged, broken, or incorrect items received.
• Return Process:
  1. A full, uncut, and unedited package opening video is required.
  2. The video must be sent via WhatsApp to (+91 89898-79786) within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. After approval, the customer must send the product to the address provided by us.
  4. Upon inspection, we will either replace the item or issue store credit (wallet balance) for future purchases.
